Hotel description : The ao Hamburg Hammer Kirche is our smallest and furthest away from downtown Hamburg. It is located west of Hamburgs inner city districts in the Hamm district and is therefore a bit more remote and, above all, quieter than our three other hotels.
It is therefore more suitable for guests who want to live a little quieter, such as families.
Nevertheless, due to its direct proximity to the Hamburg underground network, it is connected to the public transport network at the Hammer Kirche underground station.
Even if it is a bit smaller than the other houses, guests still have the opportunity to choose between all room types - from single and double rooms to multi-bed and family rooms. Guests can also rely on the usual ao comfort when it comes to the furnishings: all rooms have their own bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer as standard. In addition, guests have access to free WiFi everywhere.
The cozy lounge in the lobby serves as an oasis of well-being for young and old: In addition to the reading corners with bookshelves, there is a specially designed Kids Corner for our little guests to play. You can also relax with a game of table football or billiards.
Catering is also taken care of: in the morning we provide a sumptuous breakfast buffet. Packed lunches can be provided to take away on request. For groups of 10 or more people, there is also the option of reserving a buffet for dinner in the evening. Optionally, you can buy small things like pizza and sandwiches at the bar.
Attention: in rooms with a 3rd bed (extra bed) or a bunk bed for the 3rd/4th person will not be made up of the additional beds. The bed linen is ready in the room, the guest has to get it himself. The double beds are always made up.
