Hotel description : The ao Hamburg Hauptbahnhof is not only in the immediate vicinity of the main station, but also the most central of the four ao hotels in Hamburg. It is conveniently located right next to the port and the Binnenalster, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the port and the associated warehouse district.
The hostel is also very well connected to Hamburgs public transport network: access to the subway is right in front of the hotel.
The property itself is also convincing - the house is kept in the old, Hanseatic style and consists of the characteristic red brick. Inside it has been renovated in the modern ao style and offers a spacious lobby with comfortable seating, a 24-hour snack bar and billiard tables. The perfect place to unwind with cool drinks after a day exploring the Speicherstadt.
The rooms themselves are also newly renovated. Each room is equipped with comfortable beds and a private bathroom with toilet, shower and hairdryer.
We offer our guests a breakfast buffet every day from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. to start the day strengthened. On request we also offer packed lunches for the day. Groups of 10 or more people also have the option of ordering a buffet for dinner.
Attention: in rooms with a 3rd bed (extra bed) or a bunk bed for the 3rd/4th person will not be made up of the additional beds. The bed linen is ready in the room, the guest has to get it himself. The double beds are always made up.
